  • From your 1st animal to your 50th. our precision cut sheets ensure your harvest is processed exactly to your specs. We review every detail with you to guarantee custom cuts you’ll love.

  • We will age your animal to maximize its flavor and tenderness.

    Recommended:
    Beef - 10 to 14 days
    Lamb - 3 to 5 days
    Hog - 3 to 5 days
    Goat - 3 to 5 days

  • Expertly hand-carved and meticulously trimmed, we retain the perfect amount of fat to ensure every cut is packed with flavor. Our professional-grade wrapping guarantees your livestock is freezer-ready, preserving maximum freshness and yield from your farm to your table.

  • Hand-carved, clean-trimmed cuts turned into custom sausages to your specs. Pick seasoning and fat percentage; packed into one or two pound packages.

Kill Fee: Paid to Slaughter

Custom Processing: $275 (hang weight over 275 will incur cost of $1.35/lb)

Stew Meat: $1.00/lb

Sausages: 15 lb minimum per flavor

Please Note:

  • Due to limited freezer space, we have begun implementing a $1 per box, per day fee for any order that is kept here longer than 10 calendar days once notified of completion.

  • All listed prices are based off standard processing.

  • Bring your own box or cooler at pickup. A $3 per box fee will be applied if we supply.
